Service Description

A one-on-one TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) session is a gentle and effective way to come back to your body. When we experience early trauma or ongoing stress, it’s common to disconnect and leave the body as a way to cope. Over time, this can make it difficult to truly feel safe, present, and alive. TRE® helps to restore that connection—inviting you back home to yourself in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and supportive. In your session, you’ll learn about the different levels of your nervous system and how stress is held in the body. With personalized guidance, you’ll be led through the exercises at your own pace, so you feel comfortable and confident practicing on your own. At the end, you’ll receive resources to support your ongoing practice at home. Once you’ve completed one individual session, you are also welcome to join group TRE® practices, offered several times a month at $50 per session.
