I created this course to give you a quick introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) so you can begin developing your own IFS practice. I deeply believe in the power of this model — we all deserve access to tools that support our healing and help us reconnect with ourselves. I feel that, in many ways, our culture hasn’t taught us how to stay connected to who we truly are. My hope is that this course helps you begin that journey back home to yourself.

I’m a Level 3 Certified IFS Counsellor, and I’ve used IFS to help me heal from complex trauma and access more freedom, love, and compassion in my life. It’s an honor to share this work with you.
