Journaling isn’t always easy—but this course is designed to support you in developing more confidence and ease in the practice. Based on my IFS Daily Parts Journal (presented at the 2024 IFS Conference), it provides structure and guidance for checking in with your parts—whether daily, as needed, or between session. With experiential exercises, journaling prompts, and strategies for common roadblocks, you’ll gain practical tools to access the wisdom of your parts and deepen your Self-to-part connection and opens the door to a more Self-led Life.

Through in-depth lectures and demonstrations—with full transcripts—of three types of unburdenings (shame, legacy burdens, and unattached burdens), you’ll gain the insight and tools needed to navigate these nuanced processes.

This course helps you overcome common stuck points and gives you the tools to effectively present the model, help clients turn inward, unblend from parts, and connect to Self-energy.
