40 Hr IFS Immersion Course

This intimate, experiential training is limited to just 3 participants per cohort, allowing for deep learning, personalized feedback, and powerful support for your own inner work. In the winter months, the training is offered in European/UK time zones, and in the spring and summer, it runs in North American time zones. From the very first day, you’ll be in triad practice, moving through the IFS model with live guidance and feedback. Designed to meet you exactly where you are, this training helps you embody the flow of the model with confidence and clarity. It is the most effective way to truly integrate IFS—both as a practitioner and in your own inner journey. One of the beautiful truths of IFS is that the more you work with your own parts, the more naturally you can guide others. This immersion offers a supportive container for your parts while deepening your ability to access Self-energy, an essential resource for preventing burnout in the field. This training goes beyond a standard IFS Level 1 by covering advanced applications, including: Working with self-like parts and strengthening access to Self-energy Understanding and working with polarizations Identifying and Unburdening legacy and cultural burdens Identifying and healing unattached burdens How to work with parts parts holding despair, phobias, shame, and unworthiness Gaining guided experience working with exiles Practicing the full flow of the model from start to finish in single session Whether you are a counsellor, coach, or healing professional, this training will give you the tools and confidence to embody IFS in your practice—and in your life.
